Christmas is such a happy celebration for most people. I wanted to make our Christmas different this year. Sure, we will have out gatherings, parties and gift-giving ceremonies in our office. As the boss of my company, I planned to give my officemates the best Christmas celebration that we can enjoy. I decided to surprise them with a lovely cake this Christmas.

I made a Santa cake for them. Contrary to what you may be thinking, this is not a hard thing to do. There are cake baking pans which are available in different characters. This is why I had an easy time to bake the cake. It came out as a chocolate Santa at first. There are always cake decorating tips that you can find online. I followed these tips and got it right the first time. This was an achievement for me! I was so proud when I presented this to my officemates. They never knew that I could bake. This was also one important moment for me because this was the only time that I discovered my talent for baking. I might try out some new shapes for my family. This will really be a special Christmas for me.
